38-year-old Donna Bartlett of Wells is out on bail, after being charged with two counts of manslaughter and one count of aggravated criminal OUI. Police say she allegedly caused an April 28 crash on the Maine Turnpike. Police say Bartlett was driving the wrong way on the Maine Turnpike when she crashed into a Lincoln Town Car driven by James McLaughlin of Gorham. McLaughlin was killed in the crash, along with 15-year-old Cooper Campbell of Portland. Campbell’s father, Steve Campbell, was badly injured but survived. Bartlett was released from the York County Jail on $10,000 cash bail. She is expected to appear in court next Monday.
