| There's more than you think! It's been 10 years but the ice storm of '98 did damage to trees that is just now being seen - or rather, isn't. Trees may look like they've recovered but micro-organisms and bacteria got inside due to broken limbs and branches. That's caused decay - and that's costing some folks some money.
