We went up to Harry Vanderweide's this week to get some tips on cooking up what we harvested this fall. Harry got a bear - so the first thing we did is cook up some bear burgers! And don't worry if you didn't get a bear - venison, elk, practically anything will work well using Harry's recipe! |
